Prestwick Airport by Train

There are regular train services (approx. every half an hour) from Glasgow central station to Prestwick airport.

A large number of onward connections are available from Glasgow station - including London Euston (sleeper service) and Edinburgh Waverley.

Disabled passengers should arrange assistance at least 24 hours before their journey by contacting the relevant train company direct.

Prestwick Airport by Coach

National Express coach services are available from throughout the UK to Glasgow city centre (Buchanan Street).

Direct services from Glasgow include Liverpool, Manchester, Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Inverness. Onward coach connections to most UK destinations can be caught from these cities.

Prestwick Airport by Bus

During the daytime, the X77 service runs every half an hour from the airport to Glasgow city centre.

This service does not run at night; it is replaced by the X99 which runs last thing at night and first thing in the morning.
